Distribuited Agile/Scrum seems to be a very common occurrence, especially as larger companies have come to try an Agile approach and are used to having projects where people working on them exist in multiple locations. Offshoring, where things like culture and significant distances (in space and time) have an impact add to the difficulty in following the “sweet spot” assumptions people make about taking an Agile approach.
As I have many years working with large organizations doing distributed and offshore development using Agile/Scrum approaches, I will try to contribute to this as time permits.
